Simply refer a Clinical Informatics or Healthcare I.T. professional. When your referral returns an application and completes a Lucida contractual engagement of greater than 13-weeks, Lucida will send you a check for $3,000*. If your referral takes a permanent position through Lucida and then completes 120 days employment, you will receive $1,000*. You are eligible for bonus rewards each time you spread the word!
