Introduction

Part of Lucida’s “Be Good. Do Good.” mission is to tangibly demonstrate our corporate and personal commitment to good citizenry by giving back to those in need. When we founded Lucida Healthcare Group, we also set-up and seed-funded a registered charitable foundation aptly named - The Lucida Foundation. The mission of the Foundation is to make annual grants to established charities focused on children's health, well-being, and education from profits derived from the financial success of Lucida.

Lucida will contribute at least 10%* of each year's operating profits to the Foundation. Half of this annual donation will be distributed in the form of grants to IRS approved children's focused charities while the other half while the other half will remain in the Foundation to build the principle balance. Lucida will reinvest the rest of the company's annual profit back into the business to stimulate growth and foster even larger donations to the Foundation in subsequent years.
