While other companies use a one-size-fits-all approach, we offer a generous program of cash compensation and benefits that's usually well above industry averages.
- Excellent Pay Rates - Lucida is committed to offering our consultants top pay rates commensurate with skills and experience.
- Production Bonuses - Lucida offers production bonuses to reward you for achieving defined project milestones. Bonuses can range from $2,000 - $5,000 per quarter and up.
- Completion Bonuses - Many engagements feature completion bonuses of $5,000 and up for finishing a project on time and on budget.
- Referral Rewards - Share the word about Lucida with your friends. When they complete a minimum 13-week engagement, you'll receive a bonus check of $3,000.

We know how important housing can be while you're on assignment. Our Housing Specialists work hard to secure quality, private living quarters in a hotel or apartment near your work place. We'll even accommodate special requirements if you happen to travel with another professional, friend or family member.

- Medical Insurance - Lucida pays 100% of the individual premium expense for medical, dental and life insurance for our healthcare professionals. Our national Blue Cross and Blue Shield group medical plan offers comprehensive coverage and features routine care including annual physical exams.
- Dental Insurance - Our dental insurance plan pays 100% of your individual dental premiums and covers diagnostic and preventive procedures at 50%.
- Free Basic Life Insurance - We provide our consultants with free access to $25,000 of life and $25,000 of accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage.
- Professional Liability Insurance - We offer all our consultants nationally-respected, comprehensive professional liability insurance, completely free of charge from day one of your first engagement.
- 401(k) Retirement Plan - Just because you're a consultant doesn't mean you can't save for retirement. As a Lucida W-2 status, you're eligible to enroll in our 401(k) program.
